 The point of this assignment was to learn basic and advanced photo editing techniques.  This is good to know to be able to use them later on when trying to edit my photos.  

Photo Assignment: One

Assignment Description:


I chose to shoot pictures of Nature for this assignment.  These pictures were taken by my house and in a nearby pond.  The only problems I had while taking these photos was the weather.  It was very cloudy so I had to wait for the sun to show before I could take a photo.  This was very annoying, but I think that it added cool extra effects to some photos.

This assignment taught me how  to use photoshop to make a pop art picture.

Digital Photography Assignment: One

Nature:
I am choosing to take pictures of Nature for my first assignment.  I chose this as my first subject because those are my favorite types of photos to capture.  I will be taking pictures around the school and my house to show  this subject.  I will use lighting to help bring out the texture of the nature better.

Assignment Description:
This post is an assignment for Mr. Bush's Digital Photography class.  It contains 11 pictures which depict different elements of photography.  All of these photos were taken in or around Saline Highschool.  You will see examples of the following elements:

Depth = Fire hydrant

Symmetry = Whole tree

What I Learned:
This assignment has taught me many things that I did not know about photography.  An example of this is that I was introduced to shooting from different angles to change perspectives of the photo.  I also learned how to draw out texture by not shooting from a head on perspective and take it at more of an angle.
